AMAT Endura, EndPoint is a PC with MS-DOS, which record the wavelength during Endura processing wafers.
MS-DOS is unable to transfer data file via network or other media such as USB key. The only way is FLOPPY.

NEC 9801 Emulator For DNS FS820

Description: The performance of PC is too slow to handle full loading. Especially while wafer will move out from chemical tank, and job-in in the same time. PC cannot record the exact process duration time in the chemical tank. Then report to host server in CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacture), the machine will be locked if the process time is different with recipe.
